Cleaning and care instructions: Wipe top with mild soap and water on clean cloth or sponge after each use. Do not submerge. Do not get the bearings wet. Reapply butcher block conditioner to the top once every three months or as needed. If using cutting board oil, reapply once a month or as needed.
